1. Design a brand and identity that could expand as the organization grew
2. Capture the aesthetic from the time period that the theater was built
Brand & Identity Design / Stationery Design
In the Spring of 2020, I had the opportunity to work with The Fairborn Phoenix in developing a logo and identity system. The organization is working to restore an old theater in Fairborn, OH.
The Fairborn Theater was constructed in 1945; with that understanding, our goal was to capture the building's aesthetic. We pulled inspiration for the logo from Art Deco architecture, incorporated Kabel, a font from the late '20s, and added some modern touches of detail.
Proudly built and founded in Dayton, O.
